Trocaire recognized the need to update its digital presence to better communicate with prospective students, current students, and alumni. Their goals included increasing enrollment, improving attendance at admissions events, and developing a stronger digital connection with their audience. After several discovery meetings, we aligned on a plan and a path forward. It started with a robust web redesign and then led to a comprehensive, ongoing digital marketing strategy.
The messaging.
The responsive website design embodies the Trocaire brand through the use of the “Choose Your Path” messaging, depicted through a custom homepage grid. This is a concept we put forward to ensure there was alignment with the desired tone and personal experience Trocaire wanted to convey to their prospective students.
A path to success.
In addition to providing a theme that emulated the school’s personal approach to education, we took into consideration the key conversion points needed to allow for proper tracking and implemented web-based benchmarking tools to monitor, analyze and gauge success.
Partnering for success.
Our partnership involves the continuous optimization of a comprehensive paid digital marketing strategy that leverages the power of a variety of digital channels. With each event, semester and fiscal year, we recommend and deploy multiple campaigns – inclusive of tactics on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and more.
The results.
Trocaire’s new website launched in July 2016, positioning prospective students for a world-class admissions experience. In the fall of 2016, Trocaire exceeded its enrollment goal by 17.5 percent. Paid digital marketing efforts also directly accounted for 10% of all admissions event pre-registrations.

The real prize.
Awards are always nice. Acknowledgment by a third party can be validating. But what’s most important to us is that our partnership with Trocaire has led to higher enrollment rates and increased attendance at admissions events. That’s what it’s all about.
