ODL is known as a fun and innovative brand in the orthodontics space and wanted to showcase the strength of its personality at the American Association of Orthodontists’ Annual Session in Miami, Florida, one of the largest conferences within the orthodontics community.
Our approach was to create an immersive, retail-style experience that compliments the personable style of the sales and technology teams at ODL, as well as treat the conference booth like a sales and marketing pop-up. Making use of a booth footprint of 600 square feet we created a product and technology showcase for the team to pitch and entertain business prospects.
The booth featured a 3-D mural we designed using ODL’s colorful products that contributed to both the form and function of the booth. The sales team used the products on the eye-catching wall to facilitate conversations about the products and technologies that differentiate ODL from competitors. The wall complimented the modern but warm design created by our furniture, accent, and finishing selections which were chosen to complement the brand. Our team collaborated with exhibit construction specialists to create a bright and welcoming booth, with semi-private meeting spaces in addition to open lounge areas for the ODL sales team to host conferencegoers.
Visitors were invited to interact with flatscreen displays running brand and product animations created by our team, lead generation forms on iPads placed at key entry points into the booth, and a branded basketball game enticed attendees to step up and take a shot at winning some ODL swag.
ODL estimates 350+ visitors passed through their booth with 60+ leads collected from the conference, making it a success for both our team and theirs.
