Lexington Co-op

For their 50th anniversary, Buffalo, NY’s Lexington Co-op Markets commissioned Paget Films to direct and produce a documentary about the impact the co-op has had on the neighborhoods served by its markets. The 30 minute long film is called “Community” and uses personal anecdotes from some of the longest standing and most active members of the Lexington Co-op to share the vibrant history of the organization. Our team created colorful, character driven animations to bring memories shared by storytellers to life on screen. Every animation adds a new dimension to the work and visually emphasizes the emotions and details shared in each recollection. The film was screened at Buffalo’s North Park Theater as part of the 50th anniversary celebration.
