Lexington Co-op

For its 50th anniversary, Buffalo, NY’s Lexington Co-op Markets commissioned Paget Films to direct and produce a documentary about the impact the Co-op has had on the neighborhoods served by its markets. The 30-minute film is called “Community”. It uses personal anecdotes from some of the longest-standing and most active members of the Lexington Co-op to share the vibrant history of the organization. Our team created colorful, character-driven animations to bring memories shared by storytellers to life on screen. Every animation adds a new dimension to the work and visually emphasizes the emotions and details shared in each recollection. The film was screened at Buffalo’s North Park Theater as part of the 50th-anniversary celebration.
