Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus is many things to many people; entrepreneurs, community members, medical professionals, patients, and students are all part of the expansive ecosystem. With this growth, BNMC needed a refreshed website and front-facing resource that could illustrate exactly what the Medical Campus means to its community. The new bnmc.org speaks to all members of the community and can now provide central access for everyone who interacts with the Medical Campus.
Designed with a goal in mind.
In addition to making sure all the right information was included, we updated the site’s look and feel to match the forward-thinking and energy of the work that happens on the Medical Campus. The site uses typography to visually reinforce BNMC initiatives and more clearly communicate the organization’s goals to its audience. Colorful text treatments were then used to add increased depth to the clean, minimalist design style.
Including the local community.
While the reach of BNMC may be far and wide, the local community is always considered and included in the future and growth of the neighborhood. The new site is a source for neighbors just as much as urban planners and investors around the world. It includes information about construction updates, parking and commuter information, public events, and local news to create a bridge between the existing neighborhood and the bright future BNMC is creating.
