Sam Cappola brings a rare perspective to her role as Associate Project Manager at 19 Ideas — she’s sat on the other side of the table. With brand-side experience spanning apparel, toy, automotive, and beverage, Sam knows firsthand what clients are looking for, what keeps them up at night, and what it takes to deliver work that actually moves the needle.

At 19 Ideas, Sam keeps projects on track and clients in the loop, managing timelines and communication to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Her focus on campaign execution and client relationship management means she’s equally comfortable in the weeds of a project plan as she is in strategic conversations with clients.

What sets Sam apart is her ability to bridge the worlds of agency and brand. With a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications from St. Bonaventure University, she approaches every engagement with the mindset of a client and the toolkit of a seasoned marketer. Outside of work, she can be found hunting for vintage furniture, baking bread, catching live music, and spending time with her dog, Kingston, and her cats, Marci and Kickflip.
