As Digital Experience Director, Bob oversees concept, strategy and implementation of solutions within the digital space. His role provides leadership at the place where creative, digital marketing, website development and communications intersect.

 

Bob holds nearly two decades of experience as a solutions-oriented leader, embodying the ABCs of agency life: Always Be Consulting. He has a proven track record of architecting web and digital marketing strategies using precision to drive performance. His approach maximizes a client’s digital footprint by delivering data-driven, results-oriented strategies spearheaded by impactful creative.

 

As a collaborative leader, Bob reinforces best practices and processes across the Digital Experience team, employing open dialogue to generate thoughtful and comprehensive solutions. He evaluates emerging tools and trends to ensure the team is always on the cutting edge.

 

Before joining 19 Ideas, Bob worked with national B2B and B2C brands in an agency setting. Outside of the office, Bob is a digital strategist, volunteer and player for the 11 Day Power Play, a for-good hockey game that raises funds for WNY-based cancer organizations. He also sits on the Web & Game Development Committee with Orleans-Niagara BOCES, providing counsel on projects, platforms, programming languages and curricula for high school-level coding programs.
