Amber
Rampino
Creative DirectorOver the course of her 17-year long career, Amber has embraced an enthusiasm for problem-solving in her approach to both leadership and creative work. Beginning her career on the digital side of the house, Amber worked to expand her creative repertoire, which now has positioned her to lead full-service creative teams. Her approach to creative leadership is based on fostering collaboration between team members and skillsets, and making sure creative is always backed up by a “why” that ties to strategy. It’s with this methodology that Amber’s work has been recognized and awarded by the Buffalo Chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
Earlier in her career, Amber worked agency-side for seven years before stepping out on her own to expand her horizons professionally, and in a sense, literally. In the four years Amber worked as a solo-preneure, she traveled the country, visiting 30 states to learn about the world and her craft while working with startups and entrepreneurs as both a designer and strategist.
Amber served as a board member and Vice President of the Ad Club of Buffalo from 2007-2010, was co-chair of the Buffalo Addy’s in 2009, managed communications and publicity for City of Night from 2013-2015, joined the board of directors for Buffalo Colon Corps in 2017, and currently sits on the board of directors for CEPA Gallery, serving as Marketing Chair. Amber studied Communications Design and Literature at the State University of College of Buffalo.
