A Great Honor for our Fearless Leader - 19 IDEAS

This year, 19 IDEAS Partner & President Katie Krawczyk was named a finalist for the ATHENA Young Professional Leadership® Award. Recognized in more than 500 communities and eight countries worldwide, the honor recognizes the professional accomplishments of individuals who have achieved professional and personal success, made demonstrable impact in their communities and supported women professionals throughout the region.

The award was announced this week at the Buffalo Convention Center as part of the Annual ATHENA Awards® Luncheon, produced by the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. Katie was among finalists that included April Baskin (Majority Leader, Erie County Legislature and Founder of The College Simulation Experience), Nancy Cox (Partner, Bonadio Group), Reetupurna Dutta (Partner, Hodgson Russ), Nadine Hartrich (Operations Manager, Buffalo Manufacturing Works), Mary Owusu (VP, Analytics and SEO, Mower) and Mary Walker (Executive Director, VOICE Buffalo and NOAH). Ms. Owusu received the award.

Katie’s inclusion is a testament to her unparalleled professional leadership, commitment and dedication to her company, team and community. It reflects the work ethic and drive that Katie brings to every project, vision and idea. She is not only an employer of great minds, but she is a leader of exceptional thoughts – and for that, she deserves to be recognized in the highest of accolades.

Huge congratulations to Katie for this well deserved recognition!
